Warranty

All stock remains property of Rockarmor Northern NSW Pty Ltd until full payment is made. Stock won’t be dispatched until paid in full (unless prior arrangements are made).

Special and customized orders will not be refunded. Normal stock orders will incur a restocking fee of 20%. Choose carefully as refunds are only applicable if goods are deemed faulty. All refunds are processed within 21 to 30 days were applicable. Deposits on orders is 50% and balance payable after installation or prior to dispatch.

Warranty for Items are as per Manufactures warranty. All Rock Amor products have 12 months warranty. If products or part of a product manufactured by Rock Amor are found to be defective, Rock Amor shall repair at their discretion the defective part or product. Warranty falls into the Fair Use Policy.

Use of any product under extreme conditions or competitions are not covered by warranty. Modifications or alterations to any of our products that are manufactured by Rock Amor will automatically have the warranty void.
